It's like I'm starting a marathon after not jogging for years.

I'm only like 500 words into this first draft and it's due the 21st of next month. The last week was mostly gathering resources and skimming through them, with more detail on them planned for the future. I hate academic writing. I haven't done it for over a decade.

I left the Alliance of Independent Authors after their gross embrace of AI (See www.allianceindependentauthors.org/ai-policy/ especially about how they use it, which is basically for everything now). Today they emailed me asking why I left. They got a five paragraph essay about why. Don't use AI.
