Exactly. Plumbing done wrong will devastate a home, damaging walls interiors even foundations. Its also physically intensive. That kind of work deserves, even requires respect and compensation on a societal level; something not possible in the world these people imagine.

I've played like 3 hours of that game, half of which went into getting bullied into a psychotic break by a child and having to restart, and even then id have a hard time saying it specifically supports any political/economic model so much as exploring the realities.

It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.
