People often accuse me and/or RCNRO of being against a deal. That's never been true, from day one. This skeet is the g*d's honest truth and it will be all the way through.
Rip City Not Rip Off16/ The message should be simple: Portland is prepared to make a major investment in its publicly owned arena and keep the Blazers here for the long term. But public investment must purchase public value. This is not a threat to the team. It is Portland’s price of yes.
I'm not trying to get people to agree or disagree with me, I just know that it feels like we're making a big investment in the Blazers' arena.

The State has already authorized $365M of a claimed $573M renovation. The Blazers leaving would be an unprecedented relocation story. Would Adam Silver let it happen?

There is literally ZERO rush to sign a deal. Let's put Tom Dundon on a 4-year City option, that way Tom can feel that competitive burn he always talks about.
