I can't stress enough that the intel agencies aren't credible. It's an unusual situation in which intel agencies are trying to advance trad ruling class imperialism—which in modern times means whatever Israel wants—and the President is a moron who only wants to attack domestic political enemies.

ICE agents in unmarked cars have no mechanism for compelling a moving vehicle to pull over. Without any objectively recognizable show of authority, there is no lawful order to stop that can be given. For a driver, identification is the difference between an order to stop and an attempted kidnapping.

ICE can't make vehicle stops. It's absurd that DHS failed to convey this to its reckless field agents. They drive *civilian* cars and have no way to signal another car to stop. When a civilian car drives aggressively towards another car to try to force it to stop (a crime), chaos predictably ensues.

XAI is a public enterprise chartered by the State of Nevada. So Nevadans, through this entity, are currently illegally attacking Black residents of Tennessee. Nevada should revoke XAI's state-granted privilege to operate with limited liability.
