And almost 20 years before him, Rs have held majorities in both houses and every statewide office. 3 decades of Republican control and yet they consistently say "we're the only ones who can fix things"

If this gets instituted, we’re going to see a study in a few years that says, “Black children, and children of color, were pepper sprayed at nineteen times the rate of white children,” and mfers are going to act surprised, despite how clearly every data point says this will be the case.
