Roger Innes (Indiana U). Talk spanned identifying PBS1 kinase cleavage leading to NLR activation to inserting other protease cleavage sites into PBS1's active site to trigger immunity. Exciting work using this system to recognize a soybean cyst nematode effector protease. #PlantHealth2026
