Im aware, and im sure they wanted it to be advertised as a full robot before the lawyers got involved.

Aside from the bottom of the barrel ethics, a human has got to be 1000% cheaper then a robot puppet or even a fantastical full automated robot clomping around your house, breaking plates. Plus has the added benefit of not recording/collecting data on the interior of my home.
