Me llama la atención cuánto énfasis le da Kast a decir que no puede hacer nada, que no hay plata, que la emergencia es mucha, etc. Antes, con pandemia, saliendo del estallido, inflación, etc. no recuerdo haber escuchado decir con gusto que no se podía hacer algo.
