If I unintentionally prompt a model such that it reproduces a copyrighted work from its training data, am I the infringer? Sorting out how copyright law applies to these things is going to be a nightmare.

If they didn’t bring enough copies of a paper exam, everyone would lose their minds over the incompetence. This shouldn’t be treated any differently.

Insider trading is their entire value proposition, but they also deny that they allow it. The contradiction is absurd.
