If the U.S. annexes Greenland, the entire EU has “an obligation of aid and assistance by all the means in their power” to defend it. Not NATO’s “such action as it deems necessary”: “By all means”. And somehow an “agreement” between Denmark and the USA is going to matter? France has nuclear weapons!

My favourite: “Danish Foreign Minister … wrote last summer that Denmark would be able to terminate the agreement if the U.S. tries to annex … Greenland.” So you’re telling me that if you invade a country, they’re “able to terminate an agreement with you” about hosting your military on their soil?

What a garbage whitewash, carefully picking words to make it sounds like something reasonable is happening here.

It’s a wonder that we have *any* material that lasts 20 years under extreme UV, heat, ice, snow, hail, rain, & wind, let alone one as cheap as asphalt shingles.

Admittedly, I don’t know about all HOAs, especially American ones, but every condo board I’ve been involved with in Canada has voting based on units or shares. It’s not one-owner-one-vote, it’s a vote based on percent of the overall property that you own.

Anti-condo-fee people I’ve talked to also don’t understand amortization: That $10k roof that needs to be done every 20 years? $42 per month. The $15k/spot parking resurfacing that needs to be done every 15 years? $83/month. You’re not just getting services, you’re also amortizing capital costs.

The easiest way to tell how useless the chatbots are at helping is to ask them about something you actually know about lot about, and see how wrong it is. I think the problem is with people (esp. managers) who don’t know a lot about anything, so can’t see how useless these things are.
