I haven’t read it, but I can absolutely understand someone related to that family would lean towards wanting to understand why they are who they are 😁 The tRumps are a classic example of generational trauma.

🤗 yep that’s the way. I don’t have fences and I’m not home through the day most of the week so I’ve not had a dog. The office therapy dog retired in May, I miss him lying on the rug in my office 🙁

I would also say to people that if they can't see their way to switching to a wholly plant-based diet immediately, at least start by, from today, consistently and increasingly, eating fewer animal products. You will find that the less you consume animal products the less you will want them.
