Feel like I've been hit by a bus. The PEM (post exertional malaise for you non ME folk) from ME is a cruel mistress. Suddenly feeling like you've just completed the London Marathon after waking.... I'll never get used to this. It's SO WEIRD.

Keep replaying the conversation with my physio/CBT cult leader. I said I find changing sheets on my bed triggering for my back. His remedy? "Be more careful" There is NO alternative way to do this task when you live alone. I feel there's a gap in the market for the solution, whatever that is.

The trouble with living near fields during the muck spreading season (when you have a sensitive nose) is it starts to mess with your brain. 💩 "Good lord, has the cat done a biggun'?" "Have I?" "Oh, it's the fields!" 👃🏻 Then brain fog makes me forget, so repeat on a loop. 😶‍🌫️
