All fixed now, Offprint should now be stable. @brittanyellich.com in fact did not DDOS us as rumors were saying, so please stop spreading these unsubstantiated and false rumors. Just kidding, thanks for the patience! Let me know asap if you see any other loading issues.

Migrating the offprint.app and offprint.email domains to another Cloudflare account. Expect some downtime for a few, will be back ASAP!

Great question and opportunity for a quick reminder! If the web or video embed you added to your article/page is too large or should be aligned differently. You can easily resize the embed with resize bars on either side of the embed, and use the alignment buttons to realign it afterwards.

A few fixes have been deployed and an improvement to support requests for Pros 🎨 Advanced theme customization fixed 🔨 Publication sync hardening Support requests now allow you to close requests if they're stale or false alarms. As well as being able to reopen requests that you need more help with.
