The second slide "keeping kids safe" directly contributed to "getting kids to bike to school" so I'd choose #2. Between the image on 2 and 3, 2 explains more about how that might work. It's also clearer given how small a thumbnail can be

It's totally them. I just got this a few months ago and it's similar. Try to avoid saying "records" when you can. It opens up the door to get declared burdensome because it can be interpreted as a calling for all records in a category (such as the individual tickets). I assume you only wanted a sum.

It's easy to say "better than nothing," but that is feedback working against decisions of more significant infrastructure in future projects because it conveys complacency with their low-ambition solutions

In 80% of situations with a light the road is one-way. It has made me realize why they slap down painted contraflows everywhere – its easy and solves the two-way problem. This also greatly worries me that their version of a citywide bike grid will be contraflows everywhere. That's it and it's scary.

Been working on a project to identify small tweaks to improve bike connectivity. I find CDOT's usage of contraflow to be wrong/excessive. Proper use to me is in smaller two-block stretches at a maximum. (Traffic signals are blue dots.)
