I'm about 99% done with chapter 6. While I would LOVE to post chapters on a regular schedule, I knew myself better than to make any promises. My goal is to keep it under 2 weeks & so far I've been pretty consistent. I hope you're all enjoying my little shadowapple romcom salad with angst & smut!

Maybe she completely misinterpreted his words and took it the wrong way. Like maybe he said she's not her mom, and she heard that and thought he was saying she'd never measure up to Lilith when he was just trying to say she had her own unique strengths and gifts apart from Lilith.
