And we just found out in Helena what the school district thinks of actually paying out for treatments for the sickest of their people. Goddamned Rex Weltz blamed employees using their insurance for major health issues for the increase in premiums.

My fucking employer insurance is a de facto 4-10% pay cut, depending on how you figure deductibles, max out of pocket, and all the other “insurance? You thought that meant we’d pay” bullshit.
