LOL McConnell voted in lock step with the rest of the R's in the Senate. McConnell is no rebel. McConnell has been kissing Trump's a** ever since he voted to not convict in the second impeachment trial.

The law does not apply until the death or complete incapacitation of the current officeholder is confirmed. That has not yet occurred. Get a grip, dude. While McConnell can't vote in the senate the R's are down 1. That is as good as it will get.
