It is not legal to describe the punishment that Stephen Miller should be sentenced to.
Matt OrtegaStephen Miller said just the other day that all asylum claims are "fake." A couple deported from the U.S. to Guatemala were gagged, bound, and shot dead. Their 14-month old found crying next to their mother's body. People like Miller don't care though because this is the point: ethnic cleansing.

Sahil KapurStill a lot of IFs. But the stakes of this prospect are high. Fetterman's term expires in January 2029. Non-zero chance Dems pull off an upset this fall and flip four seats to win a 51-49 majority. A Fetterman defection could hand control of the Senate right back to Republicans.

The fundamental problem is that we don't. And no amount of flattery from the Senate Caucus will change the fact that Pennsylvania Democrats are certain to dump his ass. We've already seen this in Arizona.
