Yes, Doctor / 7 only get better and better! I love when they get to stretch their legs a bit too, metaphorically - their actors are just so talented. We have so many series with one character trying to be human, it's such a fun move to have two figuring it out together.

I think Kirk / Spock get the iconic label because they started it and we keep retreading that era. Bashir / O'Brien has always been a personal fav, but I will say that on this rewatch my #1 is Quark / Odo, followed by Kira / Dax.
