We watched DS9 7x7 “Once More Unto the Breach” last night and hearing Ezri order a Moscow mule at Quark’s just about sent me into orbit. That’s a normal drink!!! (Nevermind that it looked like Quark filled a cocktail shaker with grenadine and kanar.)

I feel like all news has been layoff news these last few weeks, and unfortunately DWS is going through it as well. These are easily the highest-caliber folks I have ever worked with, and I endorse every single one of them.

We wrapped up DS9 season 6 last night with "Tears of the Prophets". I'm not enjoying the Kira/Odo ship this time around, and Jadzia/Worf was always out of nowhere for me. I feel like the show never really figured Jadzia out, but I'll miss her. Psyched for Ezri though!!

I love the idea of Queer Wrath Month following Queer Pride, but since July is Disability Pride month I'm just saying you should take us too. I'd like some Disability Wrath, as a treat.

Back to DS9 and "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night" also sucks. I need every writer who shipped Kira/Dukat sent to jail, and I'm gonna need the writer(s) who threw a fit at not getting their way and going 'fine then he gets to bang her mom' sent to mega jail.
