I imagine we only will really start to appreciate this as a society when it becomes more commonplace for normal families to have a variety of clear photos of multiple generations of our families as young people. The British Royals just have an advantage on this one due to wealth and access.

If only Google provided a mechanism, perhaps a website, which facilitated the acquisition of knowledge for free. Alas. bsky.app/profile/kedw...
Keith EdwardsGoogle: passkey please. Me: I don’t know what that is. Google: you don’t know what a passkey is? Pff. Me: what is it? Google: well I’m not telling you, that would be cheating!
When did the modal response to not understanding a concept shift from “I don’t understand this thing” to “nobody ever told me or explained this thing to me”. Why do you expect to be a passive actor in the experience of knowledge acquisition.
weederNobody ever explained to me what a passkey is or how they work. Websites just started asking me for passkeys like it's something we talked about.
My main gripe with putting a bus lane on Denny for the 8 has long been that it potentially disastrous without closing the I-5 entrance at Yale Ave. The one that funnels cars into direct conflict with peds, encourages crosswalk blocking, and of course contributes to major congestion. So, about time!
