Sorry for the novel. But I live this stuff every single day. I spend my days trying to convince CEOs to move away from conglomerates that keep prices up. To transparent companies , direct contracts and other resources that push prices down But employees fight any change.

If they switch plans from the big guys to transparent comps, if only to push the cost of care down for everyone. So many of the same people who want m4a , will get upset if their employer switches insurance companies and they have to change doctors. Even if it costs everyone in their company more

The big conglomerates are too big to care. They are ripping off your employer in ways your ceo is clueless about. If you want to see changes in HC pricing and coverage to more people at affordable costs, tell your employer to stop dealing with the big conglomerates and tell HR you are ok
