This is the way to do it - calm, controlled, eloquent, and authoritative. Hegseth desperately wants a shouting match because that way, he can obfuscate. Here, he looks evasive and pretty ridiculous.

Absolutely right! We had a similar level of oil reserves to Norway when Thatcher was in power. Norway created a sovereign wealth fund, which is now worth over 2 trillion. Thatcher let a few rich people get even richer and our country has huge debt levels. Thatcher was an absolute disaster.
