Unless and until you disagree with and rebut Nigel Farage's contention that refugees who wish to be in the UK are the responsibility of France, he will bounce back from every scandal.

Which is an example of why I think the term 'Brexitism' is useful, as I argue in this recently published piece: www.tandfonline.com/eprint/ZGMSN... (not sure if this link wil give full access: apologies if not) 2/2
Aa expected, Putin's POTUS has refused Patriot missiles for Ukraine. The Trump Admin is allied with Putin. Every Ukrainian murdered, their blood is on Putin and Trump's hands. Vance said his proudest moment was cutting aid to Ukraine. He's a fucking war criminal a low life savage like Netanyahu
This is totally the wrong approach? You don’t want British nationals to have to go through EES when going to EU member states? Neither do I. Here’s how to get around it: rejoin the EU.
Liberal Democrats✅ Long queues ✅ Faulty tech ✅ Missed flights The EU’s Entry/Exit System is causing chaos at passport control. We’re calling to suspend it. Liberal Democrat Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, @CalumMillerLD.bsky.social, explains why 👆
🤣🤣🤣 #OhBehave We have no say on the EU systems or how they run! If you don't want British people to be subject to EES then join the EU!

🚨🚨 Important clarification: there is no legal basis under the #Schengen Code or the Treaties for unilaterally suspending the Schengen agreement against another EU MS under these circumstances. #ceuta www.euronews.com/my-europe/20...
Well worth a read. The UK needs a better process for joining than leaving. And that indicates the arguments that pro-Europeans need to make out.

Ceuta is not in Schengen. I´m tired of the "patriotic" far right aligning themselves with anyone trying to destabilize/interfere with their own countries/EU. This is not the first time this happens, won´t be the last, is a political crisis weaponized as an humanitarian one. Again. 19 deaths for now.
To the lovely and charming people from the EU right and far right (some from the Comission): if you want to govern in Spain, win a election. Crazy as it sounds, this is a democracy. 2nd: if you want to restrict Schengen due to this, let´s talk about why we are not doing it in the East. Only South.
Drought... #ClimateChange... #HosepipeBan so when are we going to stop fucking about and are going to start building reservoirs 🤔 The last one was 1992 & the latest one is due, in a drought area, in 2029! www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

If there is no comprehensive assessment by government of the benefits & costs of joining the customs union before 2028 then the most we will see at GE in 2029 is generic waffle to give the government wiggle room. It may allow EEA/EFTA but no more than that. Rejoining the EU is a very long process.
ANYONE that believes joining the EU is the best thing for the future of Britain who votes Labour is an absolute idiot... Do yourselves a favour... vote for a party that share your hopes & dreams (channelling a bit of Matt Santos there!)
Never count this city out. London’s been ranked #1 once again - this time as the most intelligent city in the world.
I always wondered this, the UK can't influence the EU from the inside because it was dominated by the French and Germans etc. So if it can't influence the EU whilst a member, how the f*** did they think it was going to influence the EU from outside, or influence China, the US etc.
Brexiters: people who think Britain still rules the world, but at the same time is too insignificant to have any impact on climate change.
Le mal est très profond, Docteur, très profond (Auld French). ⤵️ Saying such words just reveals more about the guy (and his boss) than about the current UK state of affairs. No moral compass. No understanding of what’s the EU. No vision of the long future. @nialloconghaile.bsky.social
Niall Ó ConghaileThis is not at all promising. And frankly there is no way this position was not sanctioned by the new PM. Labour pro-Europeans have sold themselves a lie. A 🧵 www.ft.com/content/b08b...
