Yeah… I don’t see FFXIV regaining my interest with Evercold, an expac that looks as bland and corporate as its name. Which is fine. Not everything is made for me. But it’s an end of an era. FFXIV has been part of my life for so long. Its MSQ and content will leave a hole for a while.

So, earlier this morning, I was blocked from logging in due to demands from Bluesky that I verify my age. After poking at it, I decided I'd try some classic alternatives, like using a VPN, once I woke up and got to my pc. Well now I'm at my pc, and I'm no longer blocked. No changes on my end. (1/2)

Since I’m writing up rp docs while once again failing to sleep, I thought I’d mention a small QoL thing that might not be obvious. My name, alecto, is spelled with a lower case a. It doesn’t bother me if someone spells it regular, but it’s nice to see it the way I intend it. (1/3)

Actually gonna post this as a wider question. For original fic writers and readers: where is a good place to post serialized short stories, novel chapters, etc? I have a project I’m working on & want all of my writing to be in the same place for once.
