The L.A. City Mobility Plan calls for bike lanes on both Van Nuys Blvd and Terra Bella St. But anti-bike Metro/LADOT folks decided to remove existing bike lanes on Van Nuys, and substitute them with shorter, unprotected ones on nearby Terra Bella.
