This does NOT mean the bill has passed, as some other media outlets have mistakenly claimed.

That would make sense with all of the talk about him trying to control things that were not part of his job.

I doubt even Zelenskyy knows whether he would run again as it will depend on many factors, but I see no indications that he wants to stay in office after the war ends.
