Art really got sidelined for leaning on UE features. And even the art side of things, like the skybox and ring are realistic but off. The ring appearing to look smaller really bugs me also. The OG feels isolating and artificial by design. Now it’s shiny, but cluttered and uninspired imo.

Actually tho lol, hulu and steam were broken for me also. Amazon was pretty quick to fix but it was a pain for a while until the fix stuck.

I get it, and i’d have liked to see/hear less about how bad other versions were vs just straight OG comparisons, but maybe use a bit more tact ya know? John is a pretty straight forward guy, and he puts care into what he does. Disingenuous is def not applicable here imo.

Yea as an enthusiast, but not professional, i can absolutely see the difference between typical ray tracing and path tracing. Cyberpunk alone is a staggering change. Even my casual friends could tell through discord streaming.

I have community notes access on insta/threads, a good 15% or so up for review are made by AI. I had quite a moment when an AI note was fact checking an AI screenshot in a shitpost. Especially w the Sony thing, the flood of bots/AI posts is staggering. Many likes tho. What a time to be alive.

As someone who buys physical, i agree. Harassing devs by spamming and shitposting in their comments helps how though? It’s a great way to shift sentiment against your cause, which is prob the point by these bad faith actors. We should know how the internet works by now.

Perhaps to shiposting subs where they are probably from tbh. Between bots, terminally online copy pasta shitposters and cheeky fanboys from other platforms, these people are genuinely doing more harm than good, and they know it. Lets be real.

Doubt any of them actually have a playstation or buy physical games. What an irritating group of people directing hate to all the wrong places.
