-so they get the chance to really open up the world and get their teeth into everything. It's really well written, and because of the cast, even if the mystery is a bit weaker, the rest makes that less important because everyone else is so great to watch. Highly recommend.

We just finished the latest season of The Brokenwood Mysteries. This show is an absolute fave. Everything about it is just so genuinely enjoyable. It's like a cross between procedural coo show and cosy murder mystery, with a full recurring cast of oddballs. And each ep is feature length-

And then we're meeting friend and CuddleDad in the afternoon not far from appointment place, so we'll be hanging out for a few hours doing nothing and trying to stay awake, because taxis there, back, and there again would cost like £80 or so. Which we can't afford.

I have the mental health assessment I've been waiting for in just over 8 hours, in a place I've never been to before. It's too far away to take my scooter so we have to taxi and it'll be rush hour. So I'm extra anxious about everything. And I'm always a ball of anxiety, so it's in the red zone 😐
