Slowly figuring out what are the color, modelisation and composition rules to make a 3D rendering look as close as possible to a hand made pixel art setting. My current estimation is that it may be more work than to do it 'normally'. But it's fun testing the limits and possible solutions for it 😅

I struggled all week-end to create a post process effect to emulate pixel art shading from a 3D scene with a LUT to have perfect control over the color palette. Now let's see if I can model a dedicated 3D scene to create the full illusion 🪄✨

Oh mes amis, le court métrage full IA de Blomkamp quelle merveille. Quel parfait exemple, qu'avec un réalisme bluffant, une continuité (presque) sans faille, une absence d'artefact visible, l'IA produit... ... de la merde. Du vide. Un bidule sans la moindre trace d'intérêt détectable à l'oeil nu.

Sad that melee was nerfed so hard in Saros compared to Returnal. I get that it was done on purpose to give the shield / burst mechanic the front seat, but it makes the game that much less nervous.
