Yeah, this shrinking thing is for the birds. Pops is down to about 5'10", maybe 5'9" now from 6'. But in addition to our naturally compressing disks, he also compressed himself artificially by leaping out of perfectly good aircraft.

Navy weighed me in at 6'4" and 198lbs 38y ago. Old age has been at 6'2" and 218lbs currently and that fat fuck is nowhere near my frame.

My Camaros are all older than I am, but aside from that GM hasn't made a single vehicle I'd consider owning for decades. I toyed briefly with the idea of the 50th anniversary Camaro, but couldn't justify the expense for a substandard product.

Ahhh, early emissions Pinto. I used to think so poorly of emissions vehicles compared to my '68 Camaro. In hindsight, I could still work on those cars. I haven't been able to wrench on anything other than my Harley in over 20y.
