I am in the same boat on this, and I have no idea what to do, all thanks to Apple strongarming Patreon. Don't use the iOS app to subscribe to Patreons, just do it in the web browser, because Apple doesn't deserve a cut of your money for this behaviour (which is what this comes down to).

Hmmm, a thought. There's obviously different shades being done with different filament all at the same height. Would it be possible to do it all in black and then have those shades at increasing layer heights moving towards the middle which you could then drybrush to bring out the image?
