I don’t think this was the first one I read, because I knew some of the characters, but it’s the earliest one I remember. I loved it. Exciting, clear stakes, and it was a sampling of all the characters and I knew I wanted more. Plus, I remember being shocked when Shamrock beat Captain America.

The other time was when a cop claimed a suspicious person dragged them in their car, even though I was right there at the time and heard or saw nothing like that, then an guy, who was so obviously an off-duty cop he should’ve worn a sign, drove around the neighborhood spreading that nonsense story

This was actually the 2nd time I watched as a bunch of cops showed up outside my window for a bunch of nonsense, simply because they had absolutely nothing else to fucking do, all despite #Minneapolis claiming that can’t hire or retain enough cops and need to build a replacement 3rd precinct.

This was years ago, just fyi. Not recently. And I asked the DA/Judge to sentence the dipshit to a substance abuse help instead of jail, because it was a Friday, sure, but it was also 5pm and he was so fucking blitzed, and I figured getting knocked out for being a drunk asshole was punishment enough.
