Today, it’s freshly cut lavender buns (in a muffin tin … ok, they’re muffins 🤷) with a honey foam.
Joey McAllisterAlso also today, more banana bread. I made some the other day and it stuck in the pan, so today I greased the on with 3 parts butter : 1 part flour, and it worked a charm. But it also made that little river on top. I probably could just grease about halfway up to avoid that.
There’s a lot to like about this film. It’s got the 80s thing of feeling pretty genuinely dangerous at times while also being fun, so parents can freak out while kids just enjoy the ride. But my very favorite part is the relationship with his little brother, who (time travel) is older than him.

I’ve been in so many bands that could’ve been great, given another year or so. On the other hand, you often hit a wall (technical, interpersonal), and it’s right to move on. Sunk costs and whatnot.
