Sorry, y'all for being MIA but I had to get an MRI (yuck!) but this is a good dispatch about the chaos that happened at Tarrant County Commissioners Court today when Judge O'Hare kicked out protesters speaking out against voting closures
This was the scene earlier at the Tarrant County Commissioners Court before O’Hare kicked out all attendees and threatened mass arrests:

Cornyn truly had nothing left to lose, ah well I’m sure this “written assurance” will be enough
Sahil KapurJohn Cornyn & Thom Tillis issue a joint statement announcing they will support Todd Blanche for AG. He's now in good position to clear the Judiciary Committee tomorrow and head to the full Senate.
And this week we learned the owners of Dallas Market Hall (Crow Holdings) are planning to turn the historic building into a 245 megawatt data center 🙃

I am very sad to hear this. "Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe" is one of the most poignant young adult books I've read -- and it sucks that it's on so many banned lists. Saenz's last book is coming out this September.
This made up revisionism is especially weird because COVID killed one Republican member of Congress (Ron Wright) and a Republican member-elect. This never gets mentioned!
Aaron RuparSen. Roger Marshall: "Who didn't have a friend who took this vaccine and had some time of complication? A stroke, a blood clot, a young man getting some type of heart inflammation. That's what destroyed the trust in the American people for our government."
A reminder that the hoarding of this drug was actually very disruptive to people with lupus
Aaron RuparPeter Navarro: "I had a million doses of hydroxychloroquine in warehouses as the defense policy coordinator that I was trying to distribute to hospitals. And Fauci got the FDA stop me from doing that."
Last night, a federal judge ordered ICE to release one of the men in the van who witnessed the shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. Judge Ellison's ruling states Jose Trinidad Rojas Pliego must be released within 48 hours and in a public setting and with notice to his attorneys.
Tomorrow it will be three weeks since Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was killed by an ICE officer. Many community and labor organizers will be demanding more action from the city council tomorrow at City Hall
The Texas SignalWhile Houston is certainly the epicenter of protests, there have been sizable demonstrations against ICE around the whole state
