They poison our air, our water, our soil, our people - and we reward them with votes. We are Ohio, robbed of our resources for generations and left in a dumping ground to wallow in the disasters of our corporate overlords. Don't forget to thank the elected officials, almost all of them Republican.

The most important thing we can do to change politics and government for the better is end Citizens United. And it won't happen if we don't expand the Supreme Court.

When it comes to MAGA voters, our algorithms and our information might be different, our perceived enemies are very different, but our struggles are the same. Affordability. Medical costs. Debt. Data centers. Our real enemy is the corporate oligarchy.

I care more about feeding children than building data centers. I want the government to give every American health care instead of helping a billionaire buy their third yacht. That doesn't make me a "radical leftist." It makes me a decent human being.

SHOCKER! Rep. Balderson literally ran away from me, as he does around most people old enough to vote. But last night wasn't about him. I came to meet voters and pet all the dogs.

Before you can rewrite history, you have to destroy it.

You don't need MORE data centers to doom scroll or binge a show on Netflix or listen to your favorite podcast. There is no justification for the speed at which these facilities are being built or for placing them next to neighborhoods and small businesses. /8

You'll Google something or bring up something you saw on Facebook, and they'll say "You couldn't have seen that without connecting to a data center." They're absolutely right. But you didn't need MORE data centers to do it. /7

4. At every town hall and hearing I've attended on data centers, there is a speaker or executive who wants to downplay the threat of massive data centers by pointing out that you already use them.... /6

3. When it comes to public concerns, there are too many "You'll have to figure that out on your own" and "Well, I don't know" responses from the people who are SUPPOSED to know the answers. If state officials don't have the answers, how can they expect county or township officials to have them? /5

They should have to use the safest method, but researchers haven't had enough time to figure out what that is - and the Peter Thiel-backed majority in Congress would never support legislation that might slow these projects down. /4

2. There are around half a dozen different methods data centers can use to prevent overheating. The method your local center uses will determine whether your ground water could be contaminated. It shouldn't be up to the developers to find the cheapest method. /3
