This raises questions for how gun sales are going to wok in practice when the ATF's new rule requiring people to put their gender at birth regardless of what their state IDs say. ATF says it shouldn't cause problems, but trans gun activists are sure it will.
Alejandra CaraballoA Trans woman in Kansas changed her license to M because of the gender marker ban passed earlier this year. She gets pulled over and they didn't believe the license was hers. They later charge her for driving with an invalid license. She complied with the law and was still charged criminally.
