Went to a seminar two days ago. Left early because I felt *something* coming on. Now I'm in full PEM breakdown mode. Fighting through brain fog just to put words in the right order. Barely left my bed all day. If anyone tries to tell you that #MECFS is all in your head, slap em one for me.

I keep having random posts pop up in my feed from people whose pets have just passed away, or are about to pass away, and it triggers my CPTSD every time. Nothing but compassion for those people, but still... Is there some config I can do on my end to filter those posts out of my feed?
