This doc on the legendary/infamous chef Kenny Shopsin got a remaster for its 20th anniv. In 2008, his diner moved to a tiny space in Essex Market, near my old apartment. Intimidated, i only ate there a couple times but once saw him & his son (also a chef) in a huge fight, w. lots of 🤬 & pans flying

jeffIt’s mainly a resource issue. To my knowledge, there are only 3 active vinyl plants of any significance in 🇧🇷 & only one of them (Rocinante) is doing a great job. They have been reissuing a lot in the past 2-3 years, alas distributed just within Brazil for now
