I did really enjoy my time with it, and I especially loved the finale. It felt like they were trying to capture the grandiosity of Twilight Princess of Tears of the Kingdom's finales on a smaller scale and it worked so well. Such a cool little game. EVERYTHING FEELS SO SLOW THOOOOOO

1, It's The Chase but worse. The visuals are less legible, the story doesn't benefit from being more complex and it lacks the wow factor of the original 2, Really cute and sweet. I enjoyed it a lot. 3, Actually liked this despite not liking the og at all. Gives me some hope for the 9th Jedi show.

The first Fire Emblem I've completed in like 12 years actually. Crazy to think about.

The biggest takeaway from this show is how well it shows idolhood as both an occupation and an aspiration as being a vehicle for personal growth while only rarely coming off as preachy and cultish like other idol stuff. These girls want the feeling that being in showbiz gives them. It's good.

Event kinda walks at a steady pace for the first half, then smacks you in the face with Xanthos' backstory, which is kind of one of the best things I've seen in emulating the feeling of witnessing a greek hero's creation. The second deus ex machina ending this year, but I liked this one a lot more.

While it does nudge a little too much into misery porn, I think the last arc showing the horrific treatment of victims who come forward about being sexually abused is kinda unmatched in anime. The show is definitely misogynist in some other weird ways, but I still adore it.

Like legit it takes more time to set up the short horse race than it does to try the short horse race. I'm by no means a 'shaves seconds off my playtime' kind of person (I always felt it was the weakest part of matthewmatosis' analytical technique) but this is actual bullshit

Doing the horse races in Echoes of Wisdom and once again feeling that the game would be twice as good if everything took half as long to do

I have a really good feeling about the Angie Alter event. It's been two fucking years since we've had an actual summer event
