My comedy hero Mel Brooks is 100 tomorrow. Young Frankenstein is my favourite film of his. The attention to detail, the clear love of the genre but for me it’s when I fell in comedic love with Cloris Leachman and her extraordinary performance as Frau Blücher. *horses whinny in the distance*
