i think since i moved here i am 2 out of 5 getting an embiid appearance and 3 out of 5 on maxey 3 years ago they trotted out a lineup of tucker-tobias-batum-oubre- pat bev and lost to a not good blazers. korkmaz and danuel house was the backup backcourt. awful so yeah, i don’t expect much.

they are definitely going to miss the west coast swing to portland and i am going to spend too much anyway especially with dumbdon in charge

Vegas did a while ago despite not having a team anyway, i find this charming. fuck em. and Portland is a bigger media market than Indianapolis, SLC, San Antonio, Milwaukee, New Orleans, OKC, so they can’t claim it is the tiniest around…

fun fact that comes up from time to time: Portland has never hosted the nba all star game. ever. don’t have enough fancy hotels apparently. Memphis, Sacramento, Oklahoma City haven’t either, for same thing. though they have not been around as long but Charlotte, San Antonio and Salt Lake have..

Just want to remind everyone that the Mayor cut 200 critical jobs which will result in significant service cuts at a time when Portlanders need govt the most, meanwhile he kept 70 vacancies in the police bureau even though per PPB's own staffing report they will NOT fill most of those positions. 🙃
