A colleague has asked me advice on an egg substitute dish as she has been diagnosed with an intolerance but "really loves" eggs. She is talking about breakfast dishes like fried, boiled or scrambled. The best I can come up with is tofu scramble with kala namak & tumeric. But...

If your friend can find JustEgg, it makes a delicious scrambled egg. Also check the hashtag #VeganFood where many post versions vegan eggz. Additionally using tofu (crumbled) is a good substitute.
