fixed the issue (it was dumb), but now what do you MEAN webgpu doesn't support half precision textures (like f16x2). all my optimization plans, gone :'(

i don't want to rewrite all my ocean shaders for wgsl alone -> i try to use slang to cross-compile to wgsl for web and spir-v for desktop iteration -> it fails on illegal opcode usage but only after it worked at least twice. i love shaders and shader languages and shader compilers man!!!!
