I struggled w "ignore the bully" adults failing to protect me ALL MY LIFE. It was always MY FAULT when I reacted with violence to THEIR violence. It done irreparable damage to my ability to stand up for myself w/o guilt AND I can't ask for help without feeling like a burden. I'm gonna throw rocks
