Officially been diagnosed with ADHD and have joined the neuro-spicy team 🫡 Had an assessment recently and I was expecting to at least be mostly the inattentive/ADD variant but apparently I scored high on both inattentive and hyperactive ADHD which was a surprise! It’s so obvious now looking back 😆

I think I’m experiencing bad burnout… I really want to draw like I used to but I feel so anxious about it, like I need it to be groundbreakingly incredible before I’ve even started and i feel like it’s definitely not going to be so I’m not even attempting!
