Officially been diagnosed with ADHD and have joined the neuro-spicy team 🫡 Had an assessment recently and I was expecting to at least be mostly the inattentive/ADD variant but apparently I scored high on both inattentive and hyperactive ADHD which was a surprise! It’s so obvious now looking back 😆
