Bought the Dreamcast Mouse and made it work with Dear ImGui! Has science gone too far?

My life is changed forever. PH3NOM, a great Dreamcast homebrew dev, has suggested me to not use alpha-transparency for glow (only 4 bits of alpha on Dreamcast) and use additive blending with black BG instead. Look how much cooler it looks and how it fixes the awful banding!

(Actual Sega Dreamcast HW capture...) I'm experimenting with fog, lighting effects and glow. It looks pretty cool. 😍

I figured out how to handle accelerometers on Sega Dreamcast Fishing Controller, so now I can detect the swing direction! And cat shows the direction by doing cute moves. 😸 #dreamcast #segadreamcast #whathecatdoin

Made a backend for Dear ImGui for Sega Dreamcast. I can’t believe it works. Sadly, I don’t have a mouse/keyboard for the Dreamcast, but once I do, it’s going to make this thing even more incredible. 😂

Did some Sega Dreamcast programming using PVR API directly. :) After 3 days of programming, I have model loading done and vertex colors work. The platform is extremely easy to program, especially relatively to PS1. :D #segadreamcast #dreamcast #gamedev
