Cart of Darkness hijinks! It was a lot of fun getting to flex the ol' animation muscles on this one, I learned a lot about perspective and mass and physics. Who said cartoons can't be educational? (co-starring some revisions here 'n there by Mike Dougherty and Tim Prendergast!)

One of my very favorites!! This short has one of my favorite soundtracks that Stalling ever did, great music and song selection across the board. It was also one of the first I saw getting into LT and I felt so smart recognizing the Popeye, Stooges and Shirley Temple references haha

Jaadugar is awesome!! Absolutely love the art direction which is what I got into for initially, but the story and characters really gripped me right away

And to prove your point, my brother and his sister and law got me a DoodleBob Funko one year as a gift, and my best friend got me a DoodleBob tablet pen holder (which I do love and use everyday). Both of these were a few years ago now too

The brother thing! It's a universal experience! There was a period where my brother and I seemed to communicate entirely in Sponge quotes. I got him a Smitty Werbenmanjensen hat for Christmas and we had to explain it to my whole family, he was the only one who got it before I could say anything haha

I’m SO jazzed about this release though. When I was working on the boards for World of Friendship, I spent a solid 2 weeks listening to the mp3 on repeat and wishing I’d be able to do it more accessibly someday (ie on its own). Here we are! Everyone can suffer the same earworm that’s never left me
