That is weird. And so, yes, workers should assume that interactions with the spicy spell checkers are discoverable unless there is a good reason to think otherwise.

Super interesting question, because if emails and social media DMs are discoverable by your employer’s legal counsel in labour grievances then it stands to reason that probabilistic text predictor chatbot “conversations” could also be discoverable. Proceed with caution.

Is anyone actually able to design an AI-resistant take-home test in any field? In Engineering and CS I don’t see how it’s possible. And, so, I’m simply resorting to in-person with heavy monitoring for devices. Is there something different in other fields that permits some version to work?

Is any serious academic still doing take-home exams in 2026?
